About Pure Banjo

Welcome to Pure Banjo.com Ireland’s first stop for quality vintage musical stringed instruments. Established back in 2012 Pure Banjo has been going strength to strength. I have over 30 years experience in luthier/restoration of stringed musical instuments so all of my instruments for sale are in perfect condition and setup for playing traditional Irish / jazz music. The new website is in early development and can hopefully grow into a network archive where banjo/mandolin tutors can share teaching resources, experiences and skills to pass on to their students. I will be migrating a lot of the teaching resources currently on the old site and will be adding new stuff over time. I’m for ever busy in the Banjo workshop setting up customers instruments and restoring my own, so I look forward to seeing the new website coming to life.
